1. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
We use 100% virgin material and each step is strictly controlled by the QC team to make sure all our products turn out great
2. How about the delivery time?
Lead time 30-35 days since receipt of 30% T/T deposit payment for container order(Free Samples will be prepared within 5 days)
3. Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl flooring?
Yes! We can also provide other different floor types,such as MGO, Mineral core flooring, Rigid core timber, self-adhesive, quartz sand tile, roll floor etc.
And floor accessories: adhesive, skirting, underlay etc.
4. Do you charge for the samples?
According to our company policy, free samples provided, but the freight charges collected by customers
5. What is your payment terms?
30% deposit and 70% upon the copy of B/L.
6. Do you provide OEM service?
Yes, we also can help you to design the carton, sample swatch to help your sales.
7. Can you help to design a color film based on our requirements?
Yes, we can customize the color design which is unique.
8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
To clean dirt that won't come up with a sweep or vacuum, use a non-rinsing cleaner that
leaves no film and a mop. Never use an abrasive cleaner, oil cleaner, or dish detergent.
9. Can I walk on my SPC flooring and mop it immediately after installation?
It is not recommended that you walk on your SPC floor after installation for at least 24
hours. You can mop your floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
Chips and deep scratches in SPC generally cannot be removed, but can be hidden or
concealed. To remove scuff marks try rubbing a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint
thinner, or baby oil over the mark. Then wipe the scuff away with a soft cloth. Be sure to
wipe the SPC floor thoroughly with a damp cloth afterwards, as these solutions can leave.

The lifetime of vinyl flooring varies widely because differences in the quality of the product greatly impacts its longevity. Vinyl flooring generally lasts from five to 30 years. How well you care and maintain your floor will also impact how long it lasts
