Q1: Can you provide free samples?
A1:Yes. Free Samples will be prepared within 5 days from confirmation. Freight cost on buyers' shoulder.
Q2: How to get a sample?
A2: After price confirmation, free samples are available to check our quality. The clients need to cover the freight cost. You can pay to our company.
Q3: Are you a factory?
A3: Yes, we are a factory which has been producing independently for 11 years.
Q4: Can it be customized?
A4: Yes, we are OEM&ODM. Can be customized according to your requirements.
Q5: What's your MOQ? How many color I can choose?
A5: The MOQ is one 20' container with 4-6 colors from the E- catalog.
If you quantity is less than one container, you can also choose 500sqm per color from our stock color or 1000sqm from the E-catalog.
Q6: Can you offer packing designs as per customers' requests?
A6 : Of course. We can printed the package boxes as you required. If you need, we can send the popular designs for your reference.
Q7: What is your payment terms ?
A7: 30% deposit and 70% upon the copy of B/L.
Q8: When can I get the price?
A8: We usually quote within 12 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price. Please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
Q9 : What certificates do you have ?
A9 : CE / ISO9001 / IS014001 etc.
Q10: when we receive the box, find any items missing or defectivehow should we do?
A10: please contact us ASAP, we will check and give you best solution soon.
Q11: What is your delivery time?
A11: Honestly, It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The normal delivery time is around 25-40 days.
Q12: How do you control the items quality?
A12: Products are strictly tested one by one before they leave the factory.
Q13: What is the shipping method?
A13: FOB, CFR, CIF, DHL, TNT and so on, also according to your requirements.
