Drop-stitch, or double wall fabric, consists of two independently wovenlayers connected by thousands of linking threads. It's unique structure facilitates the construction of inflatables with flat surfaces which can be inflated to rock-hard rigidity.

*Color of fabrics can be customized according to your requirements. MOQ for a new color we did not make before is 300 pcs.
* Maximum air pressure allows the application to any kind of boats

1. Can you provide samples?
2. What is the samples cost and time?
Sample cost depends on physical truth; 3-5 days to prepare the samples.
3. About the samples, what is the cost and time of transportation?
The freight depends on the package weight, size and your exact address including the postal code. ( Sometimes it
will generate the additional cost if your exact address is very remote.) Samples express time is about 1 weeks.
4. What is the mass goods lead time?
Usually it is a week. At peak production, it is about 2 weeks.
5. How to control quality?
All the raw materials by IQC before launching whole process. When the product is finished, the professional QC will carry out sampling inspection, and the goods can be shipped out of the warehouse after passing the test.
